of the evening benefit the Migrant Scholars Leadership Institute (MSLI) at
UCLA. Each year, MSLI hosts high-achieving migrant students from California for
an intensive one-month academic and leadership skills program. MSLI is guided
by the premise that access to information and rigorous intellectual preparation
are fundamental to the development of effective leaders for the migrant farm
worker community.
We anticipate this year's event will sell out,
